Join us for a morning flow in the in the beer garden (weather permitting) led by Crystal Kage!
* We will be inside the main taproom of GCB during if weather isn't ideal*
Following the class, let's get festive AF! We'll be decorating holiday wreaths with the wreath queen, Charlotte Bertha, owner of Bay Area Wreath Co. upstairs while we watch a festive movie. Yogis can enjoy a complimentary champagne, beer, rose, or mimosa with great company!
Ask your beertenders about brunch specials from LALA restaurant next door as well!
This class is for ALL levels, both new and experienced yogis, or for those who just want to come for the savasana and beer.
