Join us for a morning flow in the in the beer garden (weather permitting) led by Crystal Kage!
* We will be inside the main taproom of GCB during the summer or if weather isn't ideal*
Following the class, yogis can enjoy a complimentary champagne, beer, rose, or mimosa and great company!

This class is for ALL levels, both new and experienced yogis, or for those who just want to come for the savasana and beer.
