Sit. Stay. Down Dog Yoga

Taking place at Dog Bar every first Sunday 10-11 AM, this session offers more than just a yoga practice; it’s an opportunity to connect with adorable pups in need of homes, all under the expert guidance of Crystal Kage or one of her fellow yogis.

Please note: Dog Bar is a 21 & up venue, and attendees are kindly asked to leave their personal dogs at home for this event. We recommend arriving a few minutes early to find your spot and settle in before the class begins.
