We’re taking the mat to Outcast Brewery’s epic outdoor space for a Metallica-themed yoga flow that’s sweaty, soulful, and loud in all the right ways. With plenty of room for a full-blown yoga peaceful mosh pit (maybe you've never tried this version of mountain pose!), this all-levels session is where power poses meet heavy riffs, and your breath syncs with the beat of the masters of metal.

Led by Crystal Kage, we’re turning it all the way up—expect movement, music, and major energy under the open sky.
