I’m Jade! A passionate vinyasa-style yoga teacher, licensed chiropractor, and certified acupuncturist dedicated to helping others find balance in body, mind, and spirit.

My goal is to create a space where you can explore your personal path to wellness and leave feeling stronger, more aligned, and grounded.

When I’m not in the studio or clinic, you’ll find me unwinding with my furry friend, Finn, or getting lost in the pages of a good book. I believe that a life well-lived is one filled with movement, curiosity, and moments of stillness.

If you’re new to yoga, seeking relief from pain, or simply looking for a way to reconnect with yourself, I’m here to guide you every step of the way.

My name is Nikki, a certified yoga teacher in St.Pete! My classes are a  blend of strength, flexibility, and mindfulness to create challenging and inspirational experiences.

I'm also a dedicated real estate agent, balancing my passion for yoga with helping clients find their dream homes.

My inclusive approach welcomes yogis of all levels to explore balance and inner peace. I'm actively involved with yoga community events in St. Pete, including donation-based brewery yoga, dog yoga, and kitten yoga. 

Hi, I'm Erika! I am a passionate and creative yoga instructor with a background in CorePower and a 200-hour certification from Trilogy Sanctuary.

Since starting my teaching journey in 2021, I’ve specialized in dynamic, cardio-based vinyasa flows that challenge both the body and mind. 

My classes are designed to build strength, endurance, and mobility while fostering a deep connection to breath and movement.

Hello, I'm Emma:)

I am a 200-hour certified yoga teacher and a Chan (Chinese Zen) meditation practitioner. I started practicing yoga as a child, and over the years, my practice inspired me to pursue education in teaching yoga. I began practicing meditation in 2016 and quickly developed a deep connection to it. In 2021, I earned my bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Florida State University. Since then, I’ve had the privilege of working with people of all ages in the field of psychology.

I integrate yoga, meditation, and psychological methods into my classes, making them accessible to all levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners.

Currently, I teach yoga at Beach Town Yoga and Yogasix. I also study meditation in the Chan lineage under Guo Gu at the Tallahassee Chan Center and plan to continue my education in psychology in the years to come.
